Mr Jari Mustonen (MA) is the Head of Research and Development
The Head of Research and Development is in charge of research on crisis management and of the coordination of research with relevant universities and research institutes both in Finland and abroad. In addition, his responsibilities include participating in developing the Research Programme and Research Strategy as well as planning and developing CMC Finland's publishing programme. Furthermore, he is responsible for conducting research on Civil-Military Coordination and Comprehensive Approach.
Ms Senja Korhonen (M.Soc.Sc.) is the Training Officer
The Training Officer is responsible for planning, conducting and developing training on human security as well as conducting research on this theme. In addition, her responsibilities include participating in the evaluation of the core courses, and planning and developing the training on integrated crisis management.
Ms Meghan Riley (BA) is a Researcher
As a researcher she is responsible for conducting research on human security together with the training coordinator. She is also responsible for the English publishing activities of CMC Finland as well as the organisation of the annual Research Days of the Centre.
Mr Arto Tissari (M.Soc.Sc.) is a Researcher
The Researcher is responsible for develeloping situational awareness on the Finnish civilian crisis management experts, including the reporting from the missions. In addition, he is responsible for creating the content of a web-based crisis scenario program and implementing the scenario in crisis management training provided by CMC Finland.
