3. Name of the filing system<\/h2>\n

The participant and customer register for events, the training application register, the application register for civilian crisis management missions and the register for expert surveys that are based on Webropol.<\/p>\n

4. Purpose of the processing of personal data \/ purpose of the filing system<\/h2>\n

Personal data is processed to provide services ordered by the client as well as in connection with and to enable orders, registration, contacts, service transactions, reporting and other account management measures. Personal data may also be processed as part of research and development activities. Reports, results and studies produced in research and development activities can be published. In reporting and publication activities, it will be ensured that the respondents cannot be identified. In addition, the personal data of those clients who have expressed their interest in applying for civilian crisis management missions will be transferred to the register of experts to mark a course completion and application for a mission. When applying for civilian crisis management missions, the information provided by the client is used in the related nomination of candidates.<\/p>\n

5. Content of the filing system<\/h2>\n

The groups of persons whose data can be processed are persons applying for and participating in events and training organised by the controller and those applying for missions. The filing system may contain the following data that the data subject has filled in themselves:
\n\u2022 contact details (name, email, telephone number, address)
\n\u2022 demographic information (date of birth, gender, nationality, mother tongue)
\n\u2022 information related to education and profession (education, language skills, special competence, profession, job title, work experience, actual employer, previous employers, CV)
\n\u2022 other information collected with the client\u2019s consent (e.g. passport number, validity period of passport, driving licence category, availability for missions, consent to be assessed during training, experiences of operations, views on the impact of an international task on the career)<\/p>\n

Personal data is collected only from the data subjects themselves.<\/p>\n

7. Regular disclosure of information<\/h2>\n

Not disclosed. In accordance with point 4, data may be transferred to the register of experts in civilian crisis management.<\/p>\n

9. Principles of the filing system protection<\/h2>\n

The data in the register is processed in accordance with good data protection practices. Manual material is stored in locked premises. Physical access to the data is prevented with the use of access control and other security measures.<\/p>\n

Data is protected by technical means. The data in the register is processed and maintained only by the controller and separately designated persons. Users are bound by the obligation to remain silent.<\/p>\n

10. Data storage period<\/h2>\n

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the data processing is carried out.<\/p>\n

11. Right of access<\/h2>\n

The person has the right to access the data stored in the filing system. The right of access is in accordance with the legislation in force.
