By organising basic and advanced courses CMC builds capacity for experts being ready to be deployed to multinational operations. We aim to ensure that the Finnish secondees are prepared to work effectively in missions and being aware of personal safety and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve this goal, CMC has a standardised model for our course planning and our training processes have been granted the ISO 9001 quality certificate. As training requirements and needs evolve, it is important to ensure the consistency and quality of our trainings. The standardisation of the processes of mapping new training needs, assessment and integration of new elements into the planning of courses is an essential tool for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ISO 9001 certificate is a tool for both quality management as well as continuous development of CMC Finland\u2019s training services. In 2024, CMC organised nine courses and additionally, we sent participants to courses organised by our partner organisations. Out of the total of 199 course participants, 43% were women and 57% men. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCollecting and learning from feedback is a crucial part of quality management. One element on the training quality is the feedback collected from our course participants. Last year, the participants rated our courses on average 4,7 out of 5. CMC considers it essential to maintain this high quality of our training\u201d, says Kinga Devenyi, CMC\u2019s Head of Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CMC Finland\u2019s training services first acquired the ISO 9001 quality assurance certificate in March 2020. In March 2023, the certificate was renewed for another three years until 2026.
