Guiding documents

The activities of CMC Finland, recruitment of experts and the terms of employment, are defined by a number of acts, regulations and the related preparatory work.

The Civilian Crisis Management Act restricts in detail the applicable legislation and it should be noted that the Act on Public Officials in Central Government and the collective agreement, for example, are only applicable in certain respects. Where necessary, the provisions governing civilian crisis management and the activities of the Crisis Management Centre have been specifically mentioned.
