3. Name of the filing system
Communications and newsletter register of the Crisis Management Centre
4. Purpose of the processing of personal data / purpose of the filing system
The register is used for sending electronic newsletters and bulletins of the Crisis Management Centre to the recipients’ emails.
The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject.
5. Content of the filing system
Name and email address of the data subject. The name of the organisation is optional.
6. Regular sources of data
The data is collected using the subscription form of the electronic newsletter on the Crisis Management Centre’s website. Subscription is voluntary and free of charge. Subscribers can update and edit the data in the register by themselves using an electronic form. Similar register data may also be entered manually into the register by the Crisis Management Centre.
Removal from the register: subscribers cancel their subscription to the newsletters and, thus, delete their data from the register by using an electronic form.
7. Regular disclosure of data

8. Disclosure or transfer of data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area
Data is not disclosed and is used only by the controller. Data in the register is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
9. Principles of filing system protection
The register is located on the Emaileri server, which is located in a controlled data centre. Access to the register is restricted only to those who need the system in their duties. Everyone using the system has a personal user ID.
10. Data storage period
Personal data is stored for as long as this is necessary for sending the newsletter, until the subscription is cancelled or the newsletter service ceases to exist. The personal data of those who have cancelled the newsletter will be erased immediately.
11. Right of access
The person has the right to access the data stored in the filing system. The right of access is in accordance with the legislation in force.

12. Right to request rectification
A data subject has the right to request that the controller rectify inaccurate and incorrect data concerning the data subject.
